Thank you David for creating the FLOW! Dance in the Valley. I came to your dance last night for the first time and enjoyed it fully. The ambience, the music and feeling of freedom was prefect at the dance! Now the FLOW! Dance in MV on my list is only second to the Oakland's Ecstatic Dance in the Bay Area that have been around for 8 years. David's dance ... already shapes as the best in the Valley.

I have attended a variety of ecstatic dance events all over the Bay Area and I think this FLOW! Dance is my new favorite. The space is great. It has a lovely high ceiling and a wooden dance door. It is big enough so that 50 or 60 people don’t feel squished, but not so big or impersonal that you can’t feel that energy of the dance community. I love the cushions in the corner for taking a cozy break without having to leave the main room and there is a slightly separate area for tea and quiet talking for those that want to connect that way. The altar, decorations and lighting were perfect and the closing circle felt intimate and connected, even with 60 people. The sound and volume were just right, and Dave, who runs it, is an amazing DJ. I am not saying all this because he is a friend (I don’t even know him.) I was just so pleased and impressed with this dance and I can’t wait to dance again at FLOW! in Mountain View.

Along with the lovely participants, their energy, the founders, and his magical setup and moving music.. the lighting was gentle, healing and alluring!
